Very difficult to make out through the white noise but I would say not. Bats do make sounds that could be recorded using this sort of equipment but this is unlike anything I've ever heard. The provided sonograms don't shed much light on it either. Not much help I know and I can't really offer any sensible suggestion as to what it might be.
