Five grebe species were found at Memorial Lake State Park on November 4 including the second state record of Western Grebe. Red-necked, Eared, Pied-billed, and Horned Grebes were also present. I swung by the lake a week later on November 11 and all five species were still present. I posted some videos of the Western, Eared, and Red-necked Grebes here: http://www.thermalbirding.com/2012/11/grebes-its-whats-for-dinner/

good birding,
