Birders logbook/notebook UK

I'm looking at producing a Pocket logbook/notebook for UK

And want your opinion on what the content should be? (ie 75 spaces for sitted species, location, weather, time etc, etc...)

What format it should be - landscape or portrait, size?

Should I have a British list using the "Voos" catagorisation or the "New BOU" way?

And what would you be willing to pay?
