Hi,

I have what I believe is a Scops owl calling in a garden in France. I have recorded it but can't upload it for some reason. My question is Would a Scops owl in March be unusal?

Thanks for that. Seems like they are arriving alright. Plenty of Black Kites about as well today.

We had one calling about 10 days ago but silent since... from memory we had one late feb a couple of years back...
