BirdBase manual? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have an electronic copy of the BirdBase manual?

In particular, I'm looking for the section with detailed information on the CSV export format it used, so I can add import support to Scythebill for those looking for a new home for their data now that BirdBase is no longer available. (The format has a lot of numeric columns with no headers, so reverse-engineering is nigh impossible.)
