Please help me identify this birds.

This was taken today at noon and was a group of about 7 or 10 individuals between males and females.

I thought at first it was a blue-gray tanager but I'm confused by the color and the peak.

So I guess this is its non reproductive plumage, right?

i'd guess 2 females and a winter plumage male (in the centre) with remnants of blue
