Saving Okhla Bird Park, New Delhi, India - Online Petition (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks,
Below is a link to protect Okhla Bird Park & Wild Life Sanctuary (OBP-WLS),
home to almost 400 species from the effects of development.

The details of the threat to Okhla from a massive construction project that has been undertaken by the Government of Uttar Pradesh just adjacent to the eastern boundary are outlined in the petition.

The New Delhi area is, perhaps, one of the richest places to see birds and is often described as the 2nd best city in the world (after Nairobi) to see birds.

If you agree, please sign the petition. Mr. Anand Arya, the main spirit behind the effort needs at least 1,500 supporters.

Thanks and regards,
