First part from trek to Everest Base Camp.

4. Looks like either Coal or Rufous-vented Tit. I think Everest is in the west, so the form of Coal Tit that should occur is melanolophus or Spot-winged Tit. I can't make out any spots on the wing though. So maybe Rufous-vented? EDIT: Posts crossed.

5. Has 7, maybe 8 fingers showing, so I think Hiamalayan Griffon is the best option.

5. On closer inspection agree it appears to show 8 fingers which would point towards Eurasian Griffon as the better option.

14. Fem Hodgson's Redstart seems a fair call. I was thrown by the apparent narrow black bars on the underparts which, now I have blown the image up, are in fact mis-placed feathers.
