Hello from Central Valley, California (1 Viewer)

I am planning a trip up the Oregon Coast for June, 2018, and could use advice on which spotting scope and tripod to get .....

I enjoy birding .... looking forward to bird watching along the Oregon Coast for several weeks .....

Birding > Oregon Coast .....

Hi Jim and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.

If there's an optic store near you, that's the best way to try them all out. There's quite a range in price. I have the Vortex Razor HD and am very happy with it. I also have the Celestron Hummingbird for traveling and for the size/price it does a good job.
