EOS 1D mk4 AI Servo AF Custom Function & ISO Speed Settings Guide (1 Viewer)

Having recently purchased the Eos ID MK4, I would be interested to read through the EOS 1D mk4 AI Servo AF Custom Function & ISO Speed Settings Guide that I believe may be available to download.
Unfortunately the Link I have found does not appear to open so I would be grateful if anyone can advise where I can get this from.
I am particularly interested in getting the most out of the AF system so any information regarding setting up the AF ( for birds in flight for instance) would be most appreciated.
I have noticed on several occasions that the AF will cease tracking should the subject move from a background of pure sky into a scene with trees , reeds etc behind it.
I am still experimenting with various settings but any information or links advising on how to get the maximum out of the AF would be much appreciated.

Set the ISO to about 200 to 400, use center point AF (with surrounding AF assist points turned on) and set the AF response to +1 faster than default (not slower as everyone else told me!). Increasing the AF response speed is supposed to make the camera more susceptible to losing AF lock when other objects cross the frame - this has not been my experience, rather is has increased my hit rate.
Oh and remember to turn your IS off!
Anything more advanced means reading the manual which is completely beyond me!
