budgie in Setubal (1 Viewer)

i saw this budgie in one of the trees that line Av. Luisa Todi in Setubal, and since it was on its own i assume it's just an escaped bird

or has a population of feral budgies established themselves in this part of Portugal ?

oops - my bad
goes to show how much i know of pet birds, i had assumed that budgies and cockatiels were one and the same thing, now i notice that they're not even the same genus!
