Opticron Discovery 8x32 (1 Viewer)

According to their website Opticron now sell an 8x32 version of the Discovery binocular.

I bought my partner the 8x42 version some time ago and she really likes it. The 8x32 model has the same features as the rest of the range:
Nitrogen waterproof construction
PC phase corrected prisms
Fully coated optics
Long eye relief for spectacle wearers (17 mm)
Twist type retractable eyecups

At 108 (h) x 117 (w) they are even smaller than the already compact 8x42 model and weigh 391 gm, which makes them truly pocketable. The field of view is 131 metres and the close focusing is 1.2 metres, which should make them ideal for butterfly watching.

The list price is £139 but the other models are available at about £20 below list. I will be interested to see what they are like as the specs look extremely good.
