Hi all

I'm a relative newcomer from Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Took up birding seriously about a year ago, have learned and seen nothing compared to what's out there!

But that's great, because there's loads and loads of new birds to see and new places to visit - which I'm really looking forward to doing more of when I retire next year.

In the meantime I look forward to contributing to, and learning from, this forum.
