Found some more autumnal colour this afternoon at Minterne Gardens which is about 8 miles away. I shall add more on GF where I started a thread back in the spring.

I took these pics at Tavistock yesterday. The trees there haven't changed much as yet, they are mostly still green. The second pic in the middle distance is where I saw the Dipper.

Yes, nice ones, Val.

Walking with the dog this morning in very windy and grey conditions (my excuse for not taking a photo!) I saw several patches of blackberries.....in flower! Not going to turn to berry and ripen methinks!!!!!

Not my photos (unfortunately!) and not in the UK, but I had to share these autumnal pics from the Butchart Gardens in British Columbia.

Oooh that is a double rainbow, Brian. Lovely!

Those colours are just stunning, Wendy. Absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for sharing them.

The linseed fields near us have been harvested.

I am sure they were the gardens I visited whilst in B Columbia Wendy. They were stunning and photos too. I always remember some of the blooms were massive. I have a number of photos, but all on 35mm slides.

Some pics of leaves changing and other autumnal views in my garden this morning.
  1. Azalea leaf
  2. Hydrangea leaf
  3. Dogwood leaf
  4. Currant leaves
  5. My favourite - another currant leaf
