Apologies for posting this elsewhere before finding this section of the forum.
Anyone got recent sightings of Hawfinch in and around Warrington? Know they have been seen at Marbury but not today. Bogey bird for me, so determined to catch one while they seem to have arrived in good numbers.

I saw one in Lymm few weeks back, solid ID at about 4 metres on one, possible three or four but not since sorry. I will let you know if he/they returns.
