Small raptor from N´Djamena, Chad (1 Viewer)

The last of my N´Djamena queries, promise. Taken 10 days ago. I would have said melanistic Gabar Goshawk but the yellow eyes confuse me?

Thank you Tom and Andy. Yes, really long tail, I even considered Long-Tailed Hawk. Very dark, but then the photo is taken from a great distance. But that would really be way off range and suitable habitat for this bird.
