Meadow Pipit (Anthus pratensis) question (1 Viewer)

This pale 1Y 'A. pratensis' (From the pattern of the GC and MCs?) First two images taken yesterday at Davidstow Airfield, Cornwall.
Do you think that the paler head and upperparts shown by this individual, is a result of bleaching and moult timing or simply a paler individual?
Third image, taken a day before.
Is it normal, with 'pratensis' to see a white tip to the 4th TF (like 'A.hodgsoni' pattern)?
