Zeiss Service, A+ again. (1 Viewer)

Yesterday I noticed that the lanyard post on my 8x20B’s pocket bins had broken. Instead of sending them back, like the 6x20s in http://www.birdforum.net/showpost.php?p=1575098&postcount=24, I called VA. and they agreed to send me a couple of the inserts.

I am delighted with Zeiss service.

Add me to the list of satisfied Zeiss 8x20 owners, and one who had a positive encounter with the Zeiss warranty and service department. I had three alpha bins(Swaro, Steiner, and Zeiss) that needed fixes at one time and all three provided excellent service. The Zeiss issue took a little longer, with less communication during the process but the bins traveled round the world to Germany. Enjoy the 8x20s, the are incredible, mine are with me almost always.
