I'm in the early stages of knocking together a road trip through the Carolinas next spring.

Would anyone like to suggest the birding hotspots that MUST NOT BE MISSED?

Just found this post, Birdbox. Are you planning mountains to coast in both states or do you have certain locations in mind? Late April through May here in the Asheville, NC, area is the best time for breeding and some migrant warblers.

If you make it to the Asheville area, give me a shout and I can show you around.

Thanks Hamhed.

If we decide on the Carolinas I'll be in touch.
Ideas have changed for the time being but they could easily change again!
