Coue's Arctic Redpoll, D&G, Scotland (1 Viewer)

A member of the public came into work today with this photo (this is a photo of the photo) of a redpoll which was with 3 lesser on Friday & Saturday.

I first though mealy but then I thought its very pale, very fine streaking on breast and what seems to be a very fine bill made me lead towards Coue's Arctic.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mike

I'd say too large bill for Arctic and streaking on flanks also in the Mealy side. Some exilipes are not so obvious but utc's are not showing...

the only other pics I have,

Probably leaning towards Janes suggesting of icelandica
