Dragonfly ID please

Would like to know the ID of this Dragonfly. Image taken on the moorland area of Gilfach Farm Nature Reserve near Rhayader Mid-Wales.

I'd say that was a golden-ringed dragonfly - not one I've seen near my home but I did see one in Scotland a couple of years ago.

No doubt about it, it is a Golden-ringed D/fly.
