Tarsi and bill wrong for Sparrowhawk - full crop, so breast barring looks a bit odd for Gos... but a bit weird-looking... not sure what it is ;)

Depth of beak at base, massive tarsi and the white-bordered tail bars that Tom noted, all seem good for Gos. Looks like a mass of white undertail coverts there too. I had the idea the white borders on tail bars didn't last beyond first moult but breast feathers clearly adult so probably I'm wrong about persistence of white borders! But bit uncomfortable over ID. Is it because the eye looks not fully open and the posture does look strange: is it sick or wounded perhaps? Or just too full of food? Any other images?

Agree with Goshawk for the reasons above, I've never seen a Sparrowhawk with legs anywhere near as powerful as those

I thought it didn't look well with that thing (tumour?) on its left wing!

I'm doubtful of Gos too - the legs look OK, but the body almost looks more Buteo-like to me; I'm wondering if it might be something not European, escaped from a falconer?

Yes, a 2cy Goshawk (broader barring and brownish-grey upperparts with pale edges to some wingcoverts)
Indeed not healthy bird.....
