I live in urban Huyton and tonight had a Nuthatch going to and fro on my sunflower heart feeder. I have never seen one before, how common are they in north west urban areas ?

I worked recently in a care setting adjacent to Taylor Park in St Helens which has a bird feeder. They were regular visitors though I’ve never seen them when out and about.
