Apologies for quality of this heavily cropped photo - just after dawn so poor light on a dull day and at the extreme range of the lens.

That's a Tawny. I have a picture of a similar bird moulting somewhere in my hard drive. I have to look for it, will upload it later.

my only quibble with the id is that the OP bird shows a much less impressive bill than the one in the last post?
