A female blue tailed emerald or White bellied woodstar?

Thanks Sam, I think I have seen the male about.

Peter has suggested the Speckled on a PM. but I'm not convinced on the shape of the beak.
I'm using Ridgely and Greenfields Birds of Ecuador.

I have another shot, taken the next day:

Also wedge billed hummingbird was suggested on another forum.

Going to check my books tonight, but would expect the bird to be nearly entirely white below if it was a female blue-tailed emerald. The white behind the ear at first sight 's too big a patch for the wedge bill, but then the white shoulder patch looks good for it.

will double check speckled, but don't think it is one.
