A friend snapped these while on a recent trip to Madeira - might they be identifiable?

I thought maybe #1 Black Tern, #2 Falcon #3 Swifts #4&5 Blackcap … Thanks :)

1 Looks like a Herring Gull or Yellow Legged
2 looks like a Sparrowhawk
3 Definitely not Swifts. Could be waders or possibly starlings
Agree with 4 & 5

First one's a Gull - yellow legged?
2nd is a Kestrel?
3rd isn't Swifts, looks more like doves or pigeons.
Last 2 are probably Blackcaps!
