Small gull Scotland (1 Viewer)

The gull on right is black headed the other was a fair bit smaller its head and bill looked black but the light was poor any ideas sorry about poor quality pic

Seems to be another black-headed, no obvious size difference. Bonaparte's would
show pink legs and grey wash on nape which this bird does not.
