Yellow Flower (N WORCS) (1 Viewer)

Hi

I found a small cluster of this nettle-esque yellow flowering beauty in a damp glade in a local woodland. My rather limited reference material suggest Yellow Bartsia (but 11 miles south of Birmingham City centre may be a little too North, from what I can gather).
My apologies for the rubbish imagery but it was hand held with a 400mm birding set up!
Does anyone know what the plant actually is please?
