Small bird from Maredumilli forest Andhra Pradesh India for ID (1 Viewer)

Another small bird predominantly of yellow color, any useful hints to point me in the direction of ID will be much appreciated. This was also shot in Maredumilli forest in South India.

Female Scarlet.

IOC have split Orange flammeus of W & S India, Sri Lanka from Scarlet which now becomes P.speciosus but this is not yet recognised by HBW. So its a Scarlet whichever taxonomy you choose to follow.

Grahame

On the IOC list generated by 'Scythebill, flammeus appears as Orange Minivet so how isn't it a tick for those that use the IOC Grahame?
