Arctic terns courtship? (1 Viewer)

Grabbed this shot of an Arctic tern feeding another tern on Brora beach this morning. Is this a male feeding a female? Is this a courtship thing? The bird accepted the fish. I guess this is a pair and they'll be nesting very shortly.
