Very pale Redpoll (1 Viewer)

While sorting out my photos from march found this photo of a very pale looking redpoll (collins is suggesting arctic with the narrow streak under the tail but unsure with the bill size but would like a 2nd opinion) taken in a very gloomy conditions in the lea valley park in essex in a with a small flock of Lesser Redpolls

Ditto to Mealy; had a couple of very similar birds here (southeast Northumbs) back in Feb. Arctic has flanks and undertail coverts pure white or with no more than hairline dark streaks (i.e. feather shaft only, not extending to vanes).
