Digipix to slides (1 Viewer)

If this question is even stupider than my usual ones, I apologise.
Does anyone know of a way to turn digital images into slides for projecting to a large (50-70) audience ? If it can't be done domestically, is anyone aware of a professional company offering such a service ?

If you are not too worried about the quality, you can simply take a photo of the monitor with a slide film in a conventional camera. I have done this with astronomy pictures for a talk and they were not brilliant but were acceptable.

I have reproduced some of my digital images as slides by photographing A4 size prints, best done by carefully hanging the print and setting the camera on a tripod, take care that the light source is at an angle that does not produce a reflection and you will get a very high quality slide. It is best to stop down to f8(ish) so that depth of field prevents any slight curvature of the print giving any areas of poor focus.
