Birds develop complex language

A study has found that birds use language like humans forming complex sentences by joining calls together. It is well known that birds use songs and calls to signal danger or seek out a mate. A study of Japanese Great Tits has shown that the birds combine their calls to communicate new messages.

Fascinating. Makes one wonder what super-intelligent birds like New Caledonian Crows or the big parrots are capable of along those lines.
