Ball head repairs (1 Viewer)

I have an Arca Swiss B1 that is in need of repair - it is jammed in a slightly loose position (fine for landscapes with short lenses, but put anything heavy on it and it flops over).

Does anybody know of
a) A repairer who would handle this
or
b) If it needs to go back to the factory then who would I need to contact?

Btw, I'm in the UK!

Thanks.

Yes, I've seen that fix (thanks for the link - last time I bought something off them they didn't have a website IIRC)

Unfortunately mine seems to be completely jammed up (the main locking knob and the thumbscrew both...)

Unless I'm completely weedy when trying to twist it!
