Pale kestrel UK (1 Viewer)

Is it a bit 'blown' as is the case you sometimes see on old slide photos - ie the white balance out. Noot saying it isn't pale/leucistic, but the vegetation (that yellow flower aside) does seem 'cold' in tone.
 
I believe it is indeed abnormally pale.

Mantle feathers should be brown with black spots and at most fine white edges, your bird has broad white tips after the last black spot. General mantle color is much paler too, looks paler than tail (I rely on you that it is not artifact of the photo).
