Maybe Glossy?
First of all, I think your Menumbok swiftlets are Glossy/Plume-toed despite the blotches on the underside.
Swiftlets at the Rafflesia Information Center ought to be Plume-toed rather than Bornean (dodgei), as that's what the birds at Kinabalu HQ are, with Bornean being found higher up. Moyle et al (2008) collected two specimens of dodgei at 2730 m, apparently, well above your location. Having said that, on this webpage, there's a photo taken by Dave Bakewell at Mesilau. I'm not sure of the location of James Eaton's image - not Kota Kinabalu, surely?

No. 20 looks to have a similar greenish gloss to the Mesilau bird in the second image, but I'm not sure it's not just a light effect.
Nos. 21-23 look rather long-winged for either species? Maybe it's just that they're very close.
No. 19 looks like an all-dark Swiftlet, so a different species, I think. It's probably too high for any of the echo-locating Swiftlets and has a notched tail, so I'm not sure what it is.
I don't know what no. 24 is either (can we have a description please?) but no. 25 looks like Mountain Bulbul rather than the Yuhina. The Yuhina is common around the RIC but has a dark tail.
The bulbul might be Cinereous Bulbul
As for #25 I've checked The birds of Borneo guide and didn't find Mountain Bulbul (Ixos mcclellandii) there. Can it be mentioned there under another name?
No, you're quite right - it isn't present in Borneo. I think I was remembering upland birding in Peninsular Malaysia and Vietnam, where I've seen Mountain Bulbul by the bucketload. I think Larry's suggestion of Cinereous is a good one. However, HBW now treats this as a separate species, Green-winged Bulbul or Hemixos connectens. I'm not sure when this split took place - I must have missed it.
There's a nice image on this page:

Nice white outer tail feathers, looks fine for Mountain.

You have a lovely set of 'nihonensis' race Kentish Plovers there. Nihonensis is the taxon which breeds in Japan and winters largely in north Borneo. It is not recognised in most literature, but is quite distinctive in my view, with its large bill, pale flesh-coloured legs and long breast patches (which sometimes meet to form a full collar).
