Help needed with ID on both of these Dragonflies. Taken at Rutland Water 5/7/2018.

I'm only looking on a small phone screen but the first pic looks like a male Black-tailed Skimmer to me - can't see any dark wing bases and the eyes appear green rather than blue.

I agree: Orthetrum cancellatum for the reasons stated. Not a Libellula.
