A guy I know took a picture of this what we believe to be an Infant Hawk.
Does anyone know what it type Hawk it is?

I may be wrong but the coloring tells me it's some kind of Kite.

OK - I had narrowed it down to Mississippi Kite or Swainson's Hawk (both white headed as nestlings), but apparently Mississippi Kite is it.
