1. What is the biggest flying bird still in existance?
2. Where do I go to see records? (Record birds seen in a year in Utah, etc.)
 
The only resources I know for big day / big year records are state specific. For example here is a link to Georgia Records and one here for Utah. A Google search by state / big year records will help find any particular one you're interested in.
