new to birding

new to birding

hi yall, i live in blueridge sc usa, , and am very new to birding, i am finding it quite a challenge, especially the id the bird factor, i have several birds around a few that i have id are the carolina chickadee, the pileated woodpecker(3of them 2 males 1 female) as well as numorous others, i am lokking forwrd to reading your post and sharing my finds thanks yall, also i am a hummingbird nut,always have been,generally in season my 6 feeders generate aprox, 20 to 30 birds during peak season, they are nutty lil things

welcome to BF, iding birds can be tricky but there's a great deal of satisfaction when you get them!!

Lovely little bird by the way, alot like the tits we get over here

Glad to see that you found your way here too! Not as many Fluzi owners on here yet as a certain other 'online photographic' site, but the numbers are growing and I suspect the FZ-10 will have a good up take once it's released in the UK - I think March is still the expected launch date.
