Filter holder for Sigma's long primes? (1 Viewer)

Does anybody know if one could get a spare filter holder for Sigma's 300, 500, 800, 300-800 mm prime lenses.
I figure it would be much easier and quicker to have polarizer and uv filter mounted and ready to go in separate holders then to screw on out and the other one in.
Someone out there already gone this way?
