Would it be possible to identify the species of fungi from these photos? All pictures taken today in Kraków, Poland.

1 - found on what I think is a fallen Willow twig, but not sure
2 - on tree stump (maybe oak)

Hi Max,

Apologies, I typed a reply to this thread some time ago but it doesn't seem to have appeared.....

These are difficult!

1 - I can only think of Irpex lacteus
2 - Needs a photo of the underside
3/4/5 - No idea...
6/7 - Hebeloma sp. Did you smell it?
8/9/10 - I'm not sure how many specimens these photos represent - e.g. is 9 the underside of 8?
11/12 - Looks like a Cortinarius sp.
13 - Waaaay too immature for an ID
14 - Chondrostereum purpureum. Nice photo.

Cheers,
Nick

Sorry, I should have numbered the pictures in a different way:

1 - definitely Irpex lacteus (only species in Poland that fits the picture)
2 - I'm attaching another image of the underside
3,4,5 - one specimen
6,7 - one specimen, didn't smell it
8,9 - one specimen
10 - one specimen
11,12 - one specimen

Thanks for all the ID's.
