Hello from Orange County, Ca! I like to find out the proper names of birds (and plants) from the backyard, and there have been a big increase in the variety of birds in my city in the past 5-10 years. I remember when it was nothing but pigeons, and then nothing but crows.

I just got some help in the ID area by Njlarsen, The Bird Nuts, and KC Foggin. Apparently I have some Japanese White Eyes and some bushtit birds out there! I'm looking forward to sharing more bird pictures in the future.
