Rubbish Redpoll photos... (1 Viewer)

2520years

Lurking in the bushes is wrong.
Firstly, sorry for the poor quality of the photos. I've cut out the best bits but the light wasn't good and I didn't have much time.

These were among about 25 redpolls in Moore Nature Reserve in Cheshire today. I've never seen a redpoll before so would like to know if they're lesser or common. I'll be very impressed if you can tell from these photos! :eek!: Is there a simple way of spotting which species it is?

Thanks for trying to help!

All look like lesser due to common being much paler on breast, these all look like dark birds.
