I have never been able to positively ID the following Spiders so any help or feedback is very much appreciated.

Yes, second picture looks like it could be Araneus quadratus but I am no expert.

Need to see the top of the spider in picture one.
 
Yes, #2 looks like an Orb Weaver and I believe it is a venomous Weaver, Not sure on the first one.
