Don't know if i am on the right forum to ask this question but i am Going to Qatar to stay with my son end of Sept for a couple of weeks,as anyone any info re birds.Staying near Doha.Would appreciate any advise,thanks.

Hi Keith, Qatar is really underwatched but there are one or two good spots within half an hour of Doha well worth a visit. I spent a month there last winter carrying out some surevy work and had a great time, so if you'll allow me a couple of weeks' grace (just going away myself) I'll put together some info on the sites for you and e-mail them direct to you.
