Could you please ID this Bird ? I spotted on the Clee Hills Shropshire

I'm sorry for quality but it was only a screenshot from video !

So any names of Birds to narrow down search...

I'm still learning my Birds outside my Garden Birds

Very high density of breeding Stonechats on Clee a mate does census work in the area.

Brilliant ! I thought I could see the same kind of Birds but they were flying away from me so much I was not sure ?

My very 1st Stonechat ! I only know my Garden Birds on my many feeders...
