Melbourne A. Carriker, Jr.

When I read the ODs of neotropical birds I often find the information that Carriker was the collector of the type specimens (holotype). My question is is there a list of birds, that were discovered by Carriker? (the latest example is Megascops gilesi that was first collected by Carriker in 1919).
