The RSPB have come up with a good idea to get everyone to take part in a Breakfast Birdwatch from 8am-9am but if you are a late rider I suppose you can still take part. Anything to get our spirits up is a good idea.

Has anyone been doing this ? Been good fun.

I managed 25 minutes this morning before remote working called me to the computer - 7.50am to 8.25am - a dozen species with singing Chaffinch & Great Tit and heard Moorhen the highlights. A longer vigil will start soon.

All the best
