Hello,
I've just bought this scope (avian Ed82) with the x30w ep.
Did someone tried to mount a Nikon field scope DS eyepiece 27X 40X 50X Wide DS 40XWDS on it?

It might be simplest to see whether your existing x30w eye piece fits a Fieldscope.
If the screw threads are compatible and your eye piece fits and works, you can start saving for the Nikon eyepieces. ;)
